The client had engaged an existing Channel Management provider,
however was facing the following challenges running this initiative:
- Incorrect mapping of the products to the CSE database
- Inappropriate use of marketing opportunities available with the CSE (Posting of offers, Free Shipping, etc.)
- Lack of a consolidated ROI reporting system
