Ugam partnered the TiE Entrepreneurial Summit (TES), held in Mumbai from 21–23rd December 2009. The TES was launched in 2006, in Mumbai, to establish a Pan–India collaborative platform for the entrepreneurial eco–system.

Since the last 3 years, TES has emerged as Asia’s largest summit for entrepreneurs bringing together entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, policy makers, academia, industry, thought leaders and other stake holders. With panel discussions, debates and mentor sessions conducted by the who’s who of Indian industry such as Ratan Tata (Tata Group), N.R. Narayana Murthy and Nandan Nilekani (co–founders of Infosys), Chanda Kochhar (ICICI Bank) and others, this event was a right mix of thought–provoking sessions and interactions and networking with current and aspiring Indian entrepreneurs.

Ugam was the ‘Research Partner’ for the event and provided an analysis to TiE based on participant feedback and responses.
