Sunil Mirani
Chief Executive Officer
Sunil is one of the co–founders of Ugam Solutions. As Chief Executive Officer, he has overall responsibility for developing, and delivering upon, the long–term vision and strategy of the company. He is actively involved in new business development, key client relationship management, talent management, and spearheading Ugam’s globalization initiatives. He brings with him a rich and varied 19 years of experience in Indian and international business. Prior to founding Ugam Solutions, Sunil was one of the key players in establishing Sakura Capital India Limited, a joint venture between his family owned KVS group and The Sakura Bank, Japan. As Head of Corporate Advisory Services, his main responsibility was advising Japanese companies on their entry strategy into India.
Sunil is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a member of ESOMAR, and represents Ugam in CASRO, the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM).
Sunil is an avid runner and vegetarian.
Mihir Kittur
Chief Innovation Officer
As Chief Innovation Officer and co-founder, Mihir plays a crucial role in conceiving, creating, and executing pioneering solutions to help the retail industry use product content, big data, competitive intelligence, and consumer signals to improve their competitive edge. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, he was the architect of Ugam’s world–class systems and processes, including the various proprietary tools, software solutions, and workflow management systems. Mihir was a strategy consultant with Avalon Consulting, one of India’s leading strategy consulting firms, where he worked on various engagements spanning corporate strategy, performance improvement and e-commerce.
Mihir has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and is a graduate from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum where he graduated with Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
Mihir is addicted to all things Apple.
Sudhir Holla
Senior Vice President
Sudhir is a dedicated professional with over 18 years of consulting and industry experience in retail and consumer products. His focus is to help retailers strategically identify and resolve critical issues to improve profits while building customer relationships. His team develops actionable analytical insights by developing leading edge analytical models.
Based in Chicago, Sudhir has worked across multiple geographies including the UK, India, and Japan. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India and an Electrical Engineering degree from University of Mumbai, India.
Sridhar Sharma
Chief Technology Officer
Sridhar oversees the development and acquisition of technology solutions to accelerate innovation and deliver differentiated value to retailers, manufacturers, and marketplaces. He has worked within the retail industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Ugam Solutions, Sridhar was the Chief Evangelist and Architect for the Products and Platforms group at Infosys.
Sridhar is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His education includes an MBA from Cornell University and a BE in Electronics and Communications from the University of Mysore.
Sridhar was the recipient of the President’s Scout award – the highest award for Scouting in India.
Saurabh Sinha
Vice President, Operations
Saurabh brings to Ugam over 12 years of Operations and Business Development experience. At Ugam Interactive, Saurabh is responsible for the Operations and Business Development of the Online Marketing Services business.
Formerly, Saurabh headed the Online Retail Solutions and Document Processing business in Datamatics Global Services. He was involved in several key product development and strategy initiatives at Datamatics. Before Datamatics, Saurabh spent seven years as a part of the start up team in Ugam. He led the Online Marketing Services business besides working on several other initiatives across Talent Development and Sales. He started his career at Cable Corporation of India in the Sales and Product Development team.
Saurabh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai as well as a Diploma in Marketing from Mumbai University.
In his personal time he has a passion towards helping underprivileged youth improve their education.
