Job Description

Responsibilities
- Write complex database stored procedures, triggers and functions
- Perform Database and query optimization
- Write scripts to create database schema, populate data
- Perform Database design and documentation
- Perform database backup and restore
- Perform impact analysis of the changes from DB point of view.
- Be the point of contact for the developers in terms of any database related queries.
- Solid hands on experience on SQL Server 2005/2000
- Knowledge of MSIS, MSRS, and MSAS would be a plus.
- Basic understanding of Dimensional database designs for OLAP and ROLAP processing systems is a plus

Job Description:

Responsibilities
CLIENT/INTERNAL PARTNERS
- Ensure clients are updated on project deliverables and schedules
- Ensure prompt and clear response is provided to client queries pertaining to project status, QA results, and any other project related issues ensuring client satisfaction
- Attempt to create a good rapport with clients and attempt to develop cordial working relationships
OPERATIONAL
- Plan projects based on targets set and get them approved from the Business Manager.
- Upon request, participate / contribute in developing / executing procedures / processes at a SL level.
- Develop processes at a Project Level.
- As applicable or requested, assign / allocate or oversee allocation of work to the team~ on a regular basis.
- Prioritize daily deliverables and assist / supervise team members with planning at a project (multiple projects within 1 client/multiple clients) level within an SL
- Oversee execution
- Set-up / run / review / improve norms / standards for Quality Assurance.
- Develop/Assist in developing measurement systems and measure to track process performance
- Review team performance on a day-to-day basis. Ensure team’s performance meets / exceeds client requirements.
- Resolve client issues.
- Diagnose and Resolve/Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of operational issues.
- Prepare/Assist in preparation of client reviews.
- Ensure team adheres to client and function expectations, standards, guidelines and procedures.

- Upon request, participate / contribute in developing services / solutions.
- Upon request or as specified, participate and contribute in client calls.
