Sunil is one of the co–founders of Ugam Interactive Solutions, India’s pioneering provider of online marketing solutions to Online retailers and media companies across the globe. As Chief Executive Officer, Sunil has overall responsibility for developing, and delivering upon, the long–term vision & strategy for the company. He is actively involved in new business development, key client relationship management, talent management and spearheading Ugam’s globalization initiatives. He brings with him a rich and varied 19 years of experience in Indian and international business. Sunil’s immediate past assignment was establishing Sakura Capital India Limited, a joint venture between his family owned KVS group and The Sakura Bank, Japan. As Head of Corporate Advisory Services, his main responsibility was advising Japanese companies on their entry strategy into India.

Sunil is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a member of ESOMAR, and represents Ugam in CASRO, the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM).

Based in New York, USA, Madhav is responsible for sales, business development and marketing in Ugam. He brings with him 15 years of experience in Finance and Business Development. Prior to Ugam, he headed the Treasury and Administration functions of Sakura Capital India Limited. He is a partner of the KVS group.

Madhav holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Saurabh brings to Ugam, 10 years of Operations & Business Development experience. In Ugam, Saurabh is responsible for the Operations and Business Development of the Online Marketing Services business.

Formerly, Saurabh headed the Online Retail Solutions and Document Processing business in Datamatics Global Services. He was a involved in several key product development and strategy initiaitves at Datamatics. Saurabh spent about seven years as a part of the start up team in Ugam. He led the Online Marketing Services business besides working on several other initiatives across Takent Develo and Sales. He started his career at Cable Corporation of India in the Sales and Product Development team.

Saurabh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai besides a Diploma in Marketing from Mumbai University.

David brings to Ugam 17+ years of experience in Technology sales and Account management and expertise in the areas of computer systems and applications, eCommerce marketing, web–design and eCommerce application development and sales strategies. In Ugam, David heads the Sales and Marketing efforts for Ugam Interactive, focused on expanding iu presence and providing online marketing solutions for the world’s top retailers and media companies.

Prior to joining Ugam Interactive, David was the Director of Software Sales at Oerlikon, Melco where he was responsible for business development, application development, and product launch of the LiveDesigner technology for the global market. He previously held senior sales positions at both IHS (Information Handling Services, Inc) and Hewlett Packard.

David holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, Denver. He has to his credit several successful implementations of social networking and RSS technologies and their applications in sales environments.

Irfan oversees the functions of Finance and Accounts, Legal and Administration at Ugam. He has over 12 years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Finance and Accounts.

Prior to Joining Ugam in September 2006, Irfan has worked for companies like Monsanto and Hutchison Essar, where he has successfully handled varied assignments of increasing responsibilities in Finance and Accounts, across multiple countries including Singapore and Indonesia.

Irfan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant from India.

Dharmesh has been with Ugam since inception, handling the operations of Data Processing services and now he heads the Talent Team at Ugam. As Chief Talent Officer, Dharmesh is responsible for all Recruitment, Training and Employee Engagement. He has over 19 years of experience spanning across Engineering, Advertising and Operations careers.

Dharmesh is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai with Post Graduation in Marketing & Advertising.

Vishal has overall responsibility of the day–to–day management of IT Infrastructure and ISMS at Ugam. He has over 13 years of experience, which includes working with organizations like Travelex, Marico & Tata’s. He has various technical certifications under his belt like ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, MCNE, CNE & CLP.

Vishal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics.
