As Chairman of the Board, Raj is responsible for assisting and supervising the functioning of the management team. Raj has over 30 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Marketing Research, and Investment Banking. Over the years Raj has provided consulting services to several leading Indian and multinational companies in India, Europe and the U.S.A. He is also the Chairman of Avalon Consulting.

Sunil is one of the co–founders of Ugam Interactive Solutions, India’s pioneering provider of online marketing solutions to Online retailers and media companies across the globe. As Chief Executive Officer, Sunil has overall responsibility for developing, and delivering upon, the long–term vision & strategy for the company. He is actively involved in new business development, key client relationship management, talent management and spearheading Ugam’s globalization initiatives. He brings with him a rich and varied 19 years of experience in Indian and international business. Sunil’s immediate past assignment was establishing Sakura Capital India Limited, a joint venture between his family owned KVS group and The Sakura Bank, Japan. As Head of Corporate Advisory Services, his main responsibility was advising Japanese companies on their entry strategy into India.

Sunil is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a member of ESOMAR, and represents Ugam in CASRO, the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM).

Based in San Francisco, USA, Madhav is responsible for sales and business development. He brings with him 15 years of experience in Finance and Business Development. Prior to Ugam, he headed the Treasury and Administration functions of Sakura Capital India Limited. He is a partner of the KVS group.

Madhav holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ramakrishnan has been involved in the Management Consulting field since 1989. He has been involved in Strategic Advisory Projects for a number of leading corporates in India like Hindustan Lever (Chemicals Division), Aditya Birla Group, Godavari Fertilisers, Nagarjuna Fertilisers, Tata Chemicals, Coromandel Fertilisers, DCM Shriram Consolidated (DSCL) and MNCs like BASF, Bayer, Solutia, Albemarle, to name a few.

Ramakrishnan holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta.

Mrs. Nair is an Advocate in the High Court and City Civil Court in Mumbai. She is also an advisor to several corporate, banks/financial institutions and builders. Her area of specialization covers Corporate and Commercial law, Banking, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Arbitration and other civil matters.

Apart from this, Mrs. Nair is also associated with Dignity Foundation and Times Foundation as a part of her social commitment.

Mrs. Nair has done her M. Sc (Electronics), LLB and Diploma in Financial Management from University of Mumbai.

Chris Outram is the Chief Advisor to the board of Ugam. With over 20 years of strategy consulting experience he has addressed the full range of strategic issues from corporate strategy to divisional operational performance, embracing mergers & acquisitions and organizational advice. By sitting on the boards of various companies on both sides of the Atlantic, he is able to enter into dialogues with the boards of our clients as a peer. As an experienced and constructive partner, he frequently interacts at the highest levels with our clients.

His publications over the last couple of years include "What Happened to Winning" and "Recalibrating the Board Agenda".

Chris graduated from Birmingham University with a Double First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Economics. He gained an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. For 2 years he was the strategic planning director of a major European paper company. He spent 4 years in various marketing and controller roles with Mobil Oil Company, Air Products and a medium-sized industrial holding company.

Chris’s areas of expertise include capital industries, consumer goods, leisure, media, public sector, retail and telecoms.
